United States Park Police. This six-year-old has long suggested that a test like this would see him at his best, and although he was behind Eclair De Beaufeu at Fairyhouse last month, he now meets that rival on ten-pound better terms, so looks good value to reverse that form.
Uradel is dangerous to discount here returning to hurdles off what looks a workable mark, he rates as the main danger to the selection. The form of that contest has worked out well since, and with his yard currently in flying form, he is backed to go in again.
The dangers are headed by Flemcara , who appears to be on a dangerous mark now returning to hurdles. It would be foolish to dismiss the claims of Le Richebourg who accounted for three of these over course and distance.
Knocknanuss brings some high-class form into this having chased home Master Dino when last seen, and he would prove dangerous if given an easy lead up front.
He improved readily for each of his hurdling starts, barring a blow out at the end of a hard season, and looks the type to do the same over fences.
He may have needed his reappearance, however he made no mistake after that, putting Real Steel in trouble before that rival fell.
He is a very attractive each-way bet with eight runners set to take part. Le Prezien is a classy sort on his day and will find this much easier than some of his recent assignments.
This eight-year-old hinted that he was returning to form when fourth at Ludlow in December. The first-time cheekpieces fitted that day have been retained, and he should have races in him from his current handicap mark.
Not Another Muddle has been off for over a year but can go well fresh, so looks the main danger to the selection today.
Dodgy Bob has been in consistent form of late, beaten just a neck and three-quarters of a length in his last two starts. He runs off an unchanged mark here and would have every chance if taking part after running yesterday.
He has fine form over seven previously and is a long-way below his last winning mark. He can get back to winning ways.
Dalness Express ran very well eased in grade as well last-time, denied by a neck. Raised just a pound, he can make amends and score here.
